Ready To Ship Orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Please contact sales@emilywatson.co for urgent deliveries.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For more reliable & fast international shipping, we strongly recommend opting for DHL Express.

Orders which include styles with different arrival dates (e.g. Ready To Ship and Made To Order) will be shipped in one parcel. To arrange separate shipments please email sales@emilywatson.co.

Collection

If you have selected Collection at checkout, you will receive an email with pick-up address and available times within 1-2 business days for Ready To Ship items.

Import Taxes & Duties

Postage does not cover any import taxes that may apply at the country of destination. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on orders not received due to unpaid duties.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Emily Watson cannot be held responsible for third-party postage/courier delays, or for loss or damage of a parcel while in the hands of a third party.

Returns and Exchanges

Emily Watson does not accept returns for refund unless there is a major fault with the garment. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with images of the fault.

Full Priced Ready To Ship and Pre Order Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged.

Discounted Items may not be returned for refund or store credit.

Made To Order Items may be exchanged for a different size (same colour and garment only).

Custom Order Items may not be returned or exchanged.
