Return:
On The Last Day Of Your Rental Period, Pop Your Item Back In Its Box And Shipping Bag, Use The Prepaid Return Shipping Label And Take It To Your Local Post Office Before 5pm. No Need To Clean It, We Take Care Of That For You. Easy!

Emily Watson Does Not Accept Returns For Refund. However, Full Priced Items May Be Returned For Store Credit. Returned Goods Must Be Sent Back Within 7 Days Of Receiving And In Their Original Condition; Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered And All Original Tags Intact.
We Do Not Accept Returns Unless There Is A Major Fault With The Garment (S). The Item Must Be Dispatched To Us At Your Expense In Original Condition And Packaging Within Those 7 Days. Once We Receive The Item, We Will Dispatch The Exchanged Item Within 2 Business Days.
